Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused, in good condition, and returned with their original packaging whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged through misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for a return under this policy.
